Joshua Ramirez

VP of Finance

Joshua joined Osteal Therapeutics as Vice President of Finance & Administration in December 2024.  Joshua brings over 20 years of Finance experience to the management team.  Previously, Joshua served as Vice President of Finance at Absolute Security where he played a key role in the successful transition of Absolute from a dual listed publicly held organization to private equity owned.  Prior to Absolute, Joshua was Director of Finance for Cencora where he was a key business partner in the successful commercial launch of Cubixx Solutions, a portfolio of novel inventory management and logistics solutions.  Earlier in his career, Joshua worked for Orthofix where he established the FP&A team that developed company wide analysis to accelerate growth and control costs.

 

Mr. Ramirez holds dual Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in both Finance and Management-Information Systems at the University of Nebraska.
