Shannon joined Osteal Therapeutics as Vice President of Sales in November 2025. She brings over 20 years of experience leading commercial organizations with expertise in sales strategy, product launch, and market access. Previously, Shannon served as Vice President of Sales at Vericel, where she led the national sales team and launched a new product in the hospital space. Prior to Vericel, Shannon led medical device and pharmaceutical national sales teams at Pacira Biosciences and held leadership roles at Flexion Therapeutics and Johnson & Johnson. She is dedicated to advancing growth, building high-performing teams

and ensuring patients have access to innovative treatments.

Shannon received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a Pre-Med concentration from East Stroudsburg University.
