Karen Chamberlain

Karen Chamberlain is a seasoned MedTech executive with more than 15 years of experience spanning finance, business development, and corporate development. She currently serves as the Head of Corporate and Business Development Strategy at Zimmer Biomet, a leading orthopedic medical device company committed to alleviating pain and improving quality of life for patients worldwide. In her role, Karen leads the development and evaluation of the company’s inorganic growth strategy and has successfully executed over $2 billion in M&A transactions, advancing Zimmer Biomet’s strategic portfolio and long term growth agenda. Prior to joining Zimmer Biomet, Karen spent over a decade with Stryker Orthopedics, a global medical technology leader known for its broad portfolio of medical devices, surgical equipment, and healthcare solutions. During her tenure in Corporate Development & Strategy, she held multiple roles of increasing responsibility, contributing to major strategic initiatives and supporting the company’s expansion across key orthopedic and MedTech categories.

Karen earned her MBA with a concentration in Finance from Seton Hall University.
